Without the night, we wouldn’t recognize and admire sunrises or sunsets. Without deep, scary waters, we wouldn’t get to wonder and imagine. Without turning out the light, we can’t look at the glowing stars on our ceilings and feel a sweet nostalgia. It’s the things we notice through the darkest times that tend to be the most beautiful. So, when you find yourself in a dark place, take advantage of it. Create something beautiful.
